The Schoolhouse InvIT is India’s first and only infrastructure investment trust in the Edu-Infra sector that has been established to acquire and invest in the capital stock of portfolio of educational institutions in India.
The InvIT comprise 10 established schools having a total land and built-up area of 68.0 acres and 1.6 Mn sq. ft, respectively and two school housing assets having a total land and built-up area of 7.7 acres and 0.2 Mn sq. ft.
These 10 schools have a capacity of [●] students and the two student housing assets have a capacity of over 4,000 beds which is spread across five states in India, being Maharashtra, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana and Chhattisgarh
